I've taken a lot of online AI courses. Most of them end up being either too technical or too surface-level ("use ChatGPT to write your emails"). Product Heroes' Masterclass strikes a balance I'd been looking for a long time.
It starts from the fundamentals ,without taking anything for granted , and builds all the way up to Agents and Multi-Agent systems with a progression that actually makes sense. But what struck me most is the constant focus on applicability: not "what is this technology", but "how does this change your job as a PM tomorrow morning".
The hands-on sessions are the heart of the course. Not simulations , exercises that get your hands dirty and leave you with something concrete to take away. The instructors are sharp and, above all, they understand the product context, not just the AI.

Product Heroes is a guarantee: the training is very hands-on, well structured, and tailored for people working in product. The instructors/mentors are extremely competent, with useful exercises and high-quality feedback. On top of that, collaborating with my master’s classmates and working as a team added huge value—you learn a lot from how others approach product problems and decisions.
