I received a message that the product key had already been used, and I received a 404 code when trying to reach ProductKeys' customer service regarding this matter.

I bought the office 2019 from here. It asks for update and if i update it goes to office 365 and then say not valid email id. now even my mac is not opening the word after i turned off the update. it seems i have wasted almost 60 euro.
