Good product, good price, fast shipping, transparent "issues" with the product. Only thing they could have done different is use transparent tape and not brown tape.... Other then that really happy.

Damages were much worse than described
Damages were much worse than described. Door did not deal anymore whilst the product was described as damages, but fully functional.
Costumer service says it's fine even with clear picture of the leaking door.

Good value, but not 'new'
Good price for a more or less new item. It said new on the website, but it had actually been used for a short while. The way it was packaged showed that it wasn't exactly in it's original condition and I also found some audio files stored internally from the previous owners (who I assume returned the item after a period of around a month). I'm still happy with my purchase, but I think labeling the item as 'new' is quite misleading if it has been used and owned and there are clear signs in the packaging and the data stored on it. Labeling it 'good as new' would be more honest.
