Had charger sent to me incorrectly and took about a month to be able to ride it once bought and the battery life is no where near as good as it says on the website

Not trustable company.

I bought a Scooter from this company on the 6th of October 2022. Kugoo G2 Pro Electric Scooter. Order Number PES11513709. I returned the scooter back to company 1 month ago, and they kept saying they didn't recieved it and they blame it on their courier service.
I do not believe this company, I have their silly replies, and they don't refund my money back. I will take an action against them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Scooter not delivered, mails no answered

I received and email from one of your team saying:

“ We are pleased to inform you that your pre-order will be shipped out earlier than the expected delivery date. Your order will be shipped today and you can expect to receive this tomorrow. You may have received an email confirming the shipping details, the tracking will become live once the courier has collected your order and it is on its way to you.”

This email was sent to me on Thursday 3rd November.
Since then I did not receive any shipping details or the parcel. I tried to contact you and my emails are being ignored.

Can someone contact me asap and tell me what’s going on with my order?

There a good company but I had to pay…

There a good company but I had to pay for the shipping back to them for warranty purposes and also had to pay for the repairs that were faulty when I got it had to pay £190 and was messed around for just under 2 weeks but the quality is amazing

Trusted seller… thanks!

I received my e-scooter & extra battery pack with no issues, my friend who recommended the site also received his the week prior to mine… their customer service is great also, they reply straight away… so I can only assume angry customers are leaving bad reviews… I ordered the x7 10” model with replaceable battery & it hit 21mph straight away which is great for the fair price of that model.
