The service I received was excellent, the two boys there looked after me very well and could answer all of my concerns and did a bang up job moulding some insoles and recommending walking boots for me.

However, the atmosphere was soured with the rude girl at reception, who didn't have any skillset that couldn't easily be replaced, very lucky to be working there in Fulham.

I ordered a pair of running shoes for my wife’s birthday. They quickly emailed me and apologised and said they were embarrassed that they had run out of stock in this size. I thought here we go another company not delivering and causing me inconvenience, far from it they offered me an upgrade pair of shoes that were 45 pounds more for the same price.
I accepted and explained I needed the delivery to be expedited as they were a present they said no problem and sent them special delivery at no extra cost.
The shoes arrived on time. I will definitely be using pro feet again.

Purchased a Smith Optics ski helmet from Profeet and delivering quickly and without issue. The helmet developed a fault and I contacted Profeet to make a warranty claim. They quickly resolved this and their comms have been great. Will use again.

I was sceptical that Profeet would live up to their claim of ensuring you are happy with your ski boot fit. Due to only wearing ski boots once a year and an intervening pandemic there is some time since I bought these boots. However, I have now been back more than once for adjustment within the guarantee and they have been sympathetic, courteous and attentive on every occasion. I am optimistic we have got to the right place now. The team are very knowledgeable and fit to a high standard. Thanks particularly to Charlotte for her reassurance and Johan for a great fitting.

This is such a great outfit, they're all so professional, knowledgeable and helpful to a tee. Been here for three fittings myself, and recommended them to all of my family - all experiences have been top notch. If you're wondering if it's worth it, I assure you it is!

My experience with this shop has been totally great and I won't bother buying shoes from anywhere else in future. Not only did the order arrive faster than I could have hoped for, the customer service was absolutely delightful.

I'd not heard of Profeet before, but they were competitively priced and seemed legit, so I took a bit of a chance (but paid via Paypal for safety). I'm pleased to say I wasn't left disappointed! The running shoes arrived in less than two days, despite ordering after 9pm on a Thursday, and were exactly as advertised. Would definitely buy from them again!

A couple of winters ago, I visited Profeet for new ski boots. They were very detailed in their assessment and selected a boot for my ability. I had insoles made and the very helpful staff spent a good hour fine tuning and fitting my boots. Two years on I can honestly say it was a wise investment. My husband is struggling with his boots, but mine have never given me a moments concern.

I recently visited Profeet again as I was struggling with my running trainers. Once again I had a very thorough check with video and a foot scan. I was offered a choice of shoes which I tested on the treadmill and was persuaded to try their bespoke insoles. My shin splints have vanished and my feet feel good even after a long run. Double points!
Well worth the investment.
