Made arrangements on 3/16/2024 to have my vehicle picked up on April 29, 2024 to move from Maryland to California. Since that first contact, via email, text, and $$ deposited we have not heard anything. Called and text to follow-up to make sure we were still on schedule, left messages. We have not been called or texted back. Very disappointed, don't use this company in my opinion.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR CAR!!
If you care about your money or your car, do yourself a favor and avoid Profexo like the plague!
They told the local tow truck to leave my car on the side of the road and to put the keys in the gas tank until the delivering driver arrived to pick it up.
Luckily for me the local tow truck driver contacted me to let me know what they had told him to do. He didn't feel comfortable leaving it on the side of the road with the keys in the gas tank so he called me and asked me what I wanted to do with the car. I told him to bring it back to my home and I'll find a different company to do the job.
Unfortunately for me I had to pay $655 to get the car off his truck and back in my possession.
All this came after they changed the agreed upon price of the job as well as the day that they would pick up the car. I've asked them to pay me back for the $655 and they've blown me off and told me that I shouldn't have paid the local tow truck driver to get the car back.
The business practices of this company are so unacceptable that I've had to contact my lawyer to get involved in hopes to get my money back.
If for some reason you decide to use this company, please take into consideration that without a doubt they will raise the price an additional $300-$600 when/if your car arrives. I wish I had read the countless negative reviews from former customers who were also swindled by them.
I hope that this review will save someone from losing their money and having to deal with the stress and headache that will be the result of using this company.
