I am happy with how Profile Hoofddorp handled my car for an APK. They were professional and helpful, something needed to be changed on my car to pass the APK and they managed it well. Also gave good advice.

The price of the tires changed significantly from the moment I made the appointment, to the moment when they finally reached out with the quote. The quote ended up being 500€ more than I had originally planned. The staff wasn't comfortable speaking English (but they made a genuine effort). The car was a recent new brand and the staff didn't know how to operate the software, but they could have asked for my help and explained the issue to me.

I recently visited this workshop for a simple service – swapping the front and rear tires. Unfortunately, the process did not go as smoothly as expected. During the job, the wheel lock bolt broke, which caused an additional delay of almost two hours.
I was then asked to cover the extra labor cost (originally quoted at €180 in addition to the €60 service). After some discussion, we agreed on €125. While I appreciated the adjustment, I still feel that the extra charge was not fair since the issue happened during the service itself.
Moreover, because the wheel lock bolt broke, the full set of four locking bolts could no longer be used, yet there was no offer to replace them.
In the end, what should have been a routine job became more stressful and more expensive than I anticipated. I hope this feedback helps the workshop improve the way such situations are handled in the future.

I have asked for a simple service, to install 4 TPMS (Tyre Pressure) sensors on my car. I have made some research: only BMW certified models (which I have purchased) work on the car. Profile insisted to charge me EUR 200 for their own sensors, 200 for labor and 50 for use of the TPMS machine (really?!). The result, after 3 visits: sensors dont work and I am down EUR 450. A terrible experience, My advice: dont pay the bill before you make sure everything works.

My auto check engine light came on and i took the auto in for diagnostics and repair. After the repair and paying i drove the auto for 3 days for not even 50km and the check engine light is back on again. I am taking the auto back monday morning to find out what happened as the repairs where about 440 euros, just to have the check engine light to come back on 50km later. The only available appointment is september but wil be going on monday to talk to them. The review will be upadted after i find out what is happening on monday morning.

I went to profile again this morning. All that was said was i need another apointment. They cant do anything and will have to bring the car in on an apointment which is 1 week from today and i might have to pay again for something that the car went in to get fixed in the first place.
