SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY. Expensive and the quality is appalling. Only providing me with name number and email. Not a single person I've spoken with has any recollection of entering their details.

Everytime I've spoken with someone from PPC they've said they are in the learning stage. (Even though they told me at the beginning they're providing leads for the biggest companies in my industry - DOUBLE GLAZING). Customers don't recall filling out forms as the information they're gathering is information that social media/ google automatically upload if you accidentally click the add. Multiple I've spoken with have stressed they don't even own a home meaning the vetting process for the criteria I require is non existent (but they still class it as a lead)

Multiple times I've asked management and their legal team to contact me but everytime they have failed to do so.

I only launched my company 3 months ago and the has been catastrophic to us. I've not even had an opportunity to pitch to a customer let alone sell to one.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company !
They did not deliver a single lead for us, every time we questioned the campaign we were told to ’trust the process’ ! They failed to provide any visuals when they were asked we had no idea where our potential clients were being shown our Landing page, ‘leads’ sent our way were ALL spam ! Elderly people also! Very poor service- in short don’t waste your money !!

Scam Marketing Agency – False Promises, No Results, and Threats

Beware of ProfitPeakCo LLC!
I signed up for ProfitPeakCo’s "Done-For-You Premium Package" in August 2024, paying $17,000 for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales support. They promised 10 closed deals but failed to deliver even one.

What Happened?
154 leads generated, but only 4 booked calls – The leads were low quality and did not convert.
Zero closed deals – Their system failed to deliver any measurable return on investment.
Poor execution & mismanagement – Ad campaigns were run ineffectively, and the team lacked transparency.

Shady Business Practices
No Refunds Despite Failure – They hide behind a "no refund policy" even when they fail to meet expectations.
Ignored Mediation Requests – I requested mediation per the contract on December 20, 2024, but they ignored it.
Threatened Legal Action – When I disputed the charge with my bank, they threatened to sue me instead of resolving the issue.
Chargeback Reversed Under Pressure – My bank initially ruled in my favor but later reversed the chargeback due to ProfitPeakCo’s legal threats.
Multiple Complaints from Others – Review websites are filled with similar horror stories from other victims.

Final Warning
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If you're considering working with ProfitPeakCo LLC, run in the opposite direction. They take your money, fail to deliver, and then use legal threats to silence complaints.

If you've had a similar experience, report them to the FTC and Florida Attorney General as I have.

Avoid this scam at all costs!

I can’t say much because they make you sign a contract. But honestly our services were so great we got 90 leads the first month and out of those 90 people only 2 people picked up after a dozen of calls and reaching out.

This company is bad all the way around

This company is bad all the way around. If you leave them a bad but honest reviews. They will threaten you with legal action. This is basically scaring people away from leaving honest reviews. That over inflates the positive reviews which is basically manipulating your image for advertising purposes.

Overall, very unethical company… people should be able to speak the truth about your performance and services.

I would love to go to court with these people. Im sure you’ll uncover a lot more dirt.

Disappointing Experience Despite Significant Investment

My experience with this team was not as expected. While they delivered over 400 leads, none converted into sales for my business. The follow-up processes and overall funnel setup did not align with my goals and did not deliver the results I anticipated.

Communication and responsiveness were challenging throughout the project. There were instances where it took a considerable amount of time to address concerns. Despite providing specific feedback on the ad designs—such as requesting more engaging visuals and clearer call-to-action text rather than relying on AI-generated images—my feedback was not incorporated.

The service cost $10,000, with an additional $4,000 spent on ads, yet the leads provided were not adequately qualified, which resulted in no closed deals. As a follow-up, the team offered leads from their own funnel, but this attempt also did not yield any results.

I recommend that future clients have a detailed discussion about expectations, timelines, and strategies before committing to this service. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had for the investment made.

As for the funnel setup and ad creative, our team built your ads and funnel based on your exact requirements and implemented revisions and optimizations in accordance with the data received.

We also made additional efforts to provide you with leads from our own funnel to further improve your results, demonstrating our commitment to your success. And while we cannot guarantee closed deals as sales conversions involves multiple factors outside of our control such as your pricing, your offer, your product to market fit, your target audience, and more, we were fully committed to optimizing your campaign and supporting your business growth right up to the day you discontinued our services.

$20,000 Spent with Zero Sales

I recently worked with Profit Peak Co., partnering with LeadFuel by SoBeViral from March 27, 2024, to November 7, 2024. I invested $20,000 in a campaign that promised "Done For You (DFY)" sales with guaranteed results. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing, and I want to share my story so others can make informed decisions.

Key Issues:
1) Misleading "Guarantee":
The sales guarantee provided is conditional and does not account for campaign performance. Clients must continue funding Meta ads to claim the guarantee, even when the strategy is not working.

2) Lack of Strategic Adjustments Throughout the Campaign:
Ads were not optimized, or A/B tested.
Discovery calls and follow-ups were ineffective, with no meaningful changes made to improve results.

3) Prospect Feedback on Sales Approach:
Prospects told me they were unimpressed by the salesperson's approach, which caused them to lose interest in our offer.

4) Incomplete Software Bundle Implementation:
The DFY Program Software Bundle (Email Drip + SMS/Chatbot Nurturing) was not delivered as promised. Missed appointments were not added to email drip campaigns or nurturing sequences.
My repeated requests to access and review the nurturing sequences were ignored.

5) Unwillingness to Adapt:
Despite the lack of results, there was resistance to revising the campaign strategy. Instead of exploring new tactics, the same ineffective approach was used, leading to the eventual failure of the campaign.

Final Thoughts:
My experience with this service was frustrating and unproductive. While the concept of DFY sales was appealing, the execution was lacking, and my investment yielded ZERO dollars in return. If you're considering Profit Peak Co partnering with LeadFuel by SoBeViral, I strongly recommend proceeding cautiously and ensuring you understand their processes and guarantees clearly.

My honest experience 8 months after

--Month 8 Update:
We’re now eight months into working with Profit Peak Co., and performance has been very disappointing. To date, not a single qualified opportunity has been created, and no deals have closed. Despite some campaign adjustments, the results simply haven’t materialized.

We’re still working with the agency, hoping for a turnaround, but it’s difficult to remain confident given the ongoing lack of traction. Sharing this to give others a full, honest picture of our journey so far.

--Month 6 Update:
At the six-month mark, I had serious concerns. No serious leads or sales opportunities had come through, and still no closed deals. It also took nearly a month to launch a revised campaign after the first one underperformed. Communication was often vague, and I struggled to understand what was being tested or improved behind the scenes. We continue working with the agency since our guarantee hasn't been met.

--Month 1 Review (Initial Impressions):
I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Profit Peak Co. at the start. The onboarding process was smooth and well-organized. The team seemed highly experienced and introduced me to exciting new AI marketing strategies.

The ads launched quickly, and we even booked a sales appointment within the first two weeks. I was skeptical about the upfront investment, but I felt reassured and optimistic about our long-term success together.

Disappointing Experience with Profit Peak — Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior

I recently interacted with Profit Peak after seeing an Instagram ad, where they promoted a “no payment until revenue is generated” policy. I booked an appointment, but unfortunately, no one attended the scheduled time. Two hours later, I received a call from their sales representative, who didn’t acknowledge the missed appointment or offer no apology. Instead, they mentioned that same-day bookings weren’t ideal.

During the call, I felt the sales approach was quite aggressive, with a focus on selling a $17k service without providing much detailed information. When I asked for clarification, I was told that I wasn’t a “good fit,” which felt dismissive. I was advised to wait three months for a demo, but the tone made it seem like I was being done a favor. I also felt some comments about my business were unnecessarily critical.

This experience left me questioning the company’s professionalism and approach. I would advise others to proceed with caution if considering working with them.

After I left a review on Trustpilot, the Founder reached out and offered a different sales representative to assist me, asking if I would remove the review. I agreed to speak with the new rep and stated that I would update my review based on the outcome.

Following my conversation with the second representative, I started receiving emails from the Founder requesting that I remove the review, referencing our earlier discussion. I clarified in multiple emails that I had only agreed to update the review once the entire conversation was concluded. Since my last email, I haven’t heard back, but I noticed that attempts have been made to flag my review on Trustpilot.

Summary: Overall, my experience with Profit Peak left me questioning their professionalism and the way they handle the clients. Highlights a focus on aggressive sales tactics initially, and then a strong push to get negative reviews removed rather than addressing the concerns of an unhappy potential client. When I took the time to write a review expressing my dissatisfaction, their response was to pressure me to remove it and later flag the review on Trustpilot, instead of resolving the issues that led me to write the review in the first place. This behavior, coming from the top (C-level or Founder), seems to reflect the lack of professionalism seen in their sales reps, reinforcing my belief that the problem stems from leadership. I encourage others to approach with caution and ensure clear communication before making any commitments.

We wanted to ensure you felt heard and respected in every step of the process, as we do with all potential clients.

During our conversation, you indicated a strong interest in moving forward with our service and told us that if you had a new call with a different rep at our company you would update your review to reflect the new good call you had. After your second call with the new rep, we were very pleased to hear that your follow-up call was helpful and to your liking. However, at this point, you then told us that your review would only be revised to reflect your second call if we provided an additional, even bigger discount on our services— thousands of dollars beyond the initial courtesy discount we offered.

We are committed to providing ethical, high-quality services and ensuring that our clients receive genuine, honest support. This includes standing by our business values and maintaining fair pricing for the benefit of all clients, rather than engaging in tactics that feel like ultimatums. We find that demanding major discounts in order to report honest reviews of any company is very unethical and not a way we would ever want to enter a new client relationship. So for that reason, we stopped the sales process on your account as we do not feel that we are a fit for each other.

Waste of Money, Guarantee worthless

I was very unhappy with the "Company Profit Peak" program. They frequently referred to "Profit Peak" employees or coaches. They set up bots to spam people based on algorithms, which often targeted the wrong customers—I witnessed this firsthand from my own LinkedIn account.

The roles of "closer" or "setter" were completely unclear, and I was never allowed on the calls. The main excuse given was that the appointments were often canceled by prospects, supposedly to save my time. I questioned how this could be considered successful if so many appointments were canceled. I even suggested that I could listen in on mute without the prospect knowing, but I was still denied access.

I never saw any samples of Facebook or Instagram ads. Whenever I asked questions, I was made to feel like a nuisance. Once, I saw an ad under my account, but it was just a generic graphic. After spending $17,000 on this service, there shouldn’t be any "bad" questions.

The weekly one-on-one coaching was a joke. I had to request it weekly, and the coach often told me to wait a few weeks on autopilot to see results. I did as suggested but never received any meaningful feedback or data. Additionally, I was required to sign up and pay extra for their custom CRM, and when I asked for training on how to use it, my requests were denied at least three times.

Staying on the plan beyond the initial three-month period did not provide any extra coaching, and they significantly limited access to the initial list of services. Despite this, I was still required to pay for the use of the CRM, which they gave access to but never provided training for. This was the biggest waste of money ever, and the guarantee was worthless. Additionally, there were ongoing monthly ad spend requirements for Facebook and Instagram.

We agree wholeheartedly that there are no “bad” questions. This is why we offer our clients 24/7 access to our team through a dedicated Slack channel and schedule weekly one-on-one Zoom calls to dive deeply into your specific needs and questions. We did notice, however, that these weekly calls and Slack support options were not fully utilized on your end, but we’re always here to answer any questions you have.

I understand that you felt the ad creative we used was generic. Had we been made aware of this, we would have gladly revised the ads based on your input. However, your ads performed extremely well and generated over 500 high-quality leads at a cost per lead nearly 20 times lower than your industry average. We strive to ensure our clients’ ads perform optimally, and we’re glad this was the case with your campaigns.

We also noticed that you left the Slack channel and discontinued communication with our team about ten months ago. Had you raised these concerns while we were still actively working together, we would have been more than happy to address each one promptly. Even now, if you’d like to connect to discuss these or any remaining questions, we’re more than willing to assist.

Worth the investment

I was super stoked to join Tyler and his team. I was a bit skeptical prior to signing up, but I took the plunge and glad I did.

The coaching is really good, and yes, leads really happen in droves.

My advice for anyone joining is be engaged in the process as much as possible, listen to your coach, be patient and you'll get the results.

Tyler and his team are excellent

Tyler and his team are excellent. I really appreciated the coaching that comes with the program. As a marketer, I can set up and run ads like they do, but the value comes from the coaching calls and the great ad media they created. They saved me a lot of time, and the leads are rolling in.

We've had such an incredible experience with Profit Peak, Tyler and his team from Sam, Jane, Eddy, Franky, Holly and more have made this experience seamless and full of growth. From positioning us with the right partners to scale/grow our business to also taking care of our leads and closes with a communication/service level that matches we have worked so hard for to keep our reputation of great business. I heard great things about Tyler and made the investment, a few months later, I'm happy for the great things happening now with closed deals and the positioning for the future! Before making the decision I was at the point of wanting to scale but realizing as a business owner my limited capacity to do it all- hire/train sales reps, create lead generation, fulfill the work for current and coming clients was a lot so this has been the perfect solution to the limbo that many of us experience as we grow!
