Don't waste your money! After you make the payment, they send you an email, but it doesn't contain your MT login information; it's just a text list of rules. There's no live support, and when you email them, they don't respond. Please be careful.
Just passed the challenge but never get any credentials for my new account for two days. Emailed support but no replies, is anybody there? Please assist, Thanks.
i think they can scam everyone, because the dashboard they don't have yet, and don't trust by PropFirm Match yet, it was just born in 2024, no one can withdraw payout yet, no one has given feedback yet, the discord group they don't have, so I if we buy their account challenge it mean they got scam from this firm so be careful.
profitpropfirm is claiming 4.8 ratings of trustpilot on their own website, while trustpilot is showing 3.7

I bought a challenge, I was given a MT5 login credentials on another broker/prop firm (pepperstone) with someone else name. I still can't understand why and how it works. Also there no dashboard available to monitor the trades and the account.

This propfirm is a scam
I recently purchased a funded account with two test phases from this prop firm because their pricing seemed very attractive. I thought, why not give it a try? However, I quickly ran into several issues.
First, they have no chat service, no Discord support, and not even a proper dashboard on their website to track my trading progress. While these things can be overlooked, my experience got worse. On my third account, I managed to pass phase one. However, when they delivered phase two, they switched my platform from MT5 to MT4 without my consent.
I sent them an email explaining that I dislike trading on MT4 and that prices on their MT4 platform seemed manipulated. For example, I had two open positions with a profit of over $100, but on their MT4 platform, the profit was reduced to $50—literally half.
I sent them screenshots as proof and requested to switch back to MT5. They responded that it wasn’t possible because they have a “limited number of accounts.” This is unacceptable. I have multiple screenshots showing clear price manipulation.
This prop firm is far from serious. If you trade with them, you are likely to lose your money. I strongly advise future clients to avoid this company.
