I don't mind saying that I have been extremely pleased with progressive83. The "team" has been, in my humble opinion anyways, very knowledgeable and informed. But the most important thing to me has been their evident enthusiastic help and assistance. There is zero sense on my part of any reluctance, or "...oh, here he is again with another question or hand-holding!!!..." coming from them. And this comes AFTER progressive83 has been paid their fee!!!! Quite amazing really!!! And mys business seems to be growing---so its no longer a question of "if", but "when". I can honestly say that I am 8.5/10 satisfied with this company. They will guide you help you and be there for you on your journey but I definitely realize that anything you do a life majority comes from Not just from your decision (working with this company), but also your execution With them. Exactly what we hoped it would be when we signed up
Having had a bad experience with Franchise opportunities, this offer from Progressive stood out as being the best of both worlds: a pre-built business with functioning systems and processes, already tested and proven to work, for a lower investment than a franchise but with us having total control over our own brand and operations.
The support we've had from them in addition to the initial training program has been invaluable, and even though we're only a month in we've already got a team of cleaners, two 5* reviews and are growing each week.
It's been tough at times, as with any new business, but the team at Progressive has been there to encourage, inform and guide us every step of the way. They designed a great brand for us, the website looks great and helped find a location that would work for us.
Highly recommended for anyone committed to owning and managing a remotely-run business that does real good for the community you work in.

Progressive83 was a fantastic experience
I was very skeptical at the beginning. Even contacted some previous clients of Progressive83 and asked them directly (informally), if it was worth it.
Both of them said to go with it as they will deliver more than promised.
What was the worst that could happen?
Lose the money. That is it.
So I decided to invest in this idea, even if I have never done progressional cleaning and even don't like cleaning my own house (that is how it started in fact).
I am extremely happy with the decision, as Justin, Carole and Chris have been so helpful, always there when I had an issue, or needed support because something wasn't working as expected (like hiring the right cleaners in the first 2 weeks).
They always helped me, we talked about what way we could solve it and they provided great ideas and insights.
Yes, it is hard starting something new, especially in the first 1-2 months, but worth it.
You have to adjust to a new routine and do something you haven't done before. But the team has always been there for me to support me and provide guidance.
I even asked them to do things that were not in the contract (like creating marketing posters for my car - already got the first regular client from that) and they did it incredibly fast and with great quality.
