Avoid at All Costs – Unprofessional and Dishonest

I had a terrible experience with Progress Property Services Ltd (Company No. 12646461). The director, Nnamdi Nathan Babundo, has shown extremely poor management, is rude, uncooperative, and lacks basic professionalism.

Over £6,500 has gone missing under their handling, with no accountability. Their brochures and listings are full of inaccurate and inflated information, which I found misleading and dishonest.

They do not respond properly to serious concerns and fail to meet even basic standards of trust and service. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Totally unreliable and untrustworthy.

The owner of the company Nathan, instructed a third party to forcibly break into my room without my consent. This illegal act resulted in the theft of approximately £3,000 worth of personal belongings from my room. They also refused to honour their contract and cover the gas and electricity bills leaving me with a bill of close £1.8k which they are refusing to pay and they also refused to return my deposit of £750. Would avoid at all costs!

Worst company ever. Their employees are incredibly rude to you when speaking on the phone to you. They are shouting at you over the phone and not listening to what you are saying. They drop the call on you half way through a conversation. Their only concern and focus is themselves and not the clients

Progress property services has poor management, the director is rude and inconsiderate. Moreover, their brochures contain various errors and on occasions provide inflated numbers and incorrect information. I definitely would not recommend this company.
