Pedigroom Everest Electric table (purple)
I orded the Pedigroom Everest Electric Grooming Table with Purple table top. I was contacted very quickly for delivery date and got updates for arrival time. Upon putting the frame together i noticed the bolt pack was missing so off went an email and they appolagised and sent the missing items out next day delivery. Fantastic service and great aftercare would highly reccomend them.

Grooming table arrived on time and well packaged. Instructions for assembly very easy to follow. All components were there, are good quality and everything aligned. Very happy with the table. It is heavy duty, sturdy, looks good and is easy to operate.

Progrooming have little knowledge or understanding of items they are selling. Don't buy anything during Chinese New Year!!!
I ordered a dryer which arrived faulty. I was asked to send videos which I did and was then told Progrooming had sent the video to manufacturer for advice. What they failed to mention at this point was the manufacturer was in China and closed for Chinese New Year meaning I would have to wait a couple of weeks. I was only told this when I specifically asked how quickly the manufacturer would be in touch! I needed a working dryer for my dog grooming business so had no choice but to send back dryer at my own cost (Progrooming would not pay until they had been advised by manufacturer!), get a refund and buy a dryer elsewhere.
I would never again buy such an essential item for my business from a company who clearly have little knowledge or expertise of the items they are selling. It is unacceptable to expect a buyer to wait 2 weeks for help/advise regarding a faulty purchase.

Can’t recommend enough
Can’t recommend enough! I emailed asking which hose I should get for my dryer. I got a very quick reply asking for photos of my dryer and within 5 mins they had sent me a link for the correct hose. I ordered it yesterday and I’ve received it today.
