I ordered a product from this company. FAQs and web info says delivery is undertaken very next day. I am now over a week later and the item has not arrived; they have not responded to enquiries and have only now marked the item as being prepared for dispatch.
Not acceptable. Avoid these people. They might be cheap but they don't value your custom; your time or mental anguish.

They appear to have a reasonable selection of products and at reasonable pricing but service is so important and on that they have failed catastrophically.

Iv had to order and use another product in the meantime.

I can't recommend these people except perhaps for those not in any rush or on any timescale at all. They might find service adequate and of some value. Anyone expecting normal professional communication and commercial timescales consider looking elsewhere:- perhaps OneStopGrowShop; Esoteric Hydroponics; or GrowRite Hydroponics Supplies. All acceptable professional outfits.

These people are THIEVES!

Been using this company for 10 years so must of changed hands or some new awfull workers , avoid at all cost.

Made an order on Friday afternoon and paid extra for 2 day shipping so im only taking 1 day off to wait for parcel.

Come Monday afternoon i still didn't even recieve an email about my order so rung up.They had no clew at all and luckily I screenshot the order when I paid so gave him a order number.
Guy said it will be shipped that day.
Later recieved an email from dpd saying they waiting for an order from Progrow for me , then 5 minutes later got another message from dpd ( still no order email from Progrow AT ALL ?) saying order was cancelled.
So I rung up stating I still not recieved any email fron Progrow about my order ? And recieved a message from dpd saying order cancelled ? , he said it will be on the way and I said what about my email from company with order number/ details of delivery and he snapped just saying your item will arrive.
Dpd knocked and only had the 1 package not both package and the package was already cut open ( never had an item open like this before) and the 2nd box of items didn't arrive.
Rang up and he says they can be delivered in different days , I'd paid extra to have both in 2 days so not to wait un another day. He just hung up.
Next day 2nd package arrive smelling awful like they have sabotage something to it .

AVOID AT ALL COST , SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
SHAME USED TO BE A GREAT COMPANY , NO MORE, FIND A NEW COMPANY TRUST ME
