Wrong contents, no answer from customer service
I placed my order on 5th of September. Next week, I asked after it because I was leaving house for a couple of weeks, worrying there would not be anybody home to answer the door. After not receiving reply for several days, I got a confusing reply saying it maybe has or hasn’t left yet. The delay was due to ”police and government controls” they had had. Of course delivery was tried on the day I was already on my way. I got someone to get the package from me from a pick-up point where it arrived on the 15th September. After the package was opened, it turned out the order was 80 % wrong. Also 7 out of 50 plastic planters were broken (the box was intact so the delivery company is not to blame). I tried to contact the seller via email and Whatsapp several times. My messages on Whatsapp were opened but not replied. Very unfortunate that I happened to order from this company when they are obviously unable to conduct their business. If you want what you actually ordered, do not buy anything from them!

Not getting order for 3 months, not answering on Whatsapp and e-mail.
Waiting for order delivery for 3 months. Not answering e-mails and calls. Beside that I had many good deals with that shop for last 4 years.

Very reasonable prices, they answer fast via email/signal/WhatsApp. Kind staff which helps you to create your own growbox set even if you are complete beginner. DPD reached western Germany within 48 hrs from placing an order. Highly recommend!

I ordered a view weeks ago. There is no reaction on mails, telephone, WhatsApp or Telegramm. They don't give me my money back! Worst shop ever!!! Don't buy there.
Update:
I ordered at 18.04.2023 after more than one week without any response on all channels I wrote an mail that I would like to cancel the order. After more than 2 weeks (03.05.2023) an GLS currier tried to deliver the parcel. But I refused the delivery, so the parcel was never given to me. I Instantly contacted the shop via mail, that I already cancelled the order and refused the parcel. The GLS Tracking said that the parcel has been delivered at progrower at 18.05.2023. After that I wrote several mails because they don't give me my money back.

Dear Mr. Paul, what you wrote is not true, the GLS courier tried to deliver your order twice, each time you refused to accept the package. Now we're getting abusive emails. The package was sent right after the order, you did not pick it up twice, so it returns to us. We are always available on Whatsapp / Signal / Telegram / E-mail. I cannot agree with your assessment. If you changed your mind about the order, it was enough to write to us not to send it.
