Gabriel has been a breath of fresh air in my (way too many) experiences of plumbing works. Professional, clear and down to earth, he did various works in my house during some kitchen renovations, installing a new sink and underneath plumbing, helping me in finding the best water filter system, advising on a tap I was keen on buying from abroad but was not sure it would be compatible with UK system, installing a new hob with all the relevant safety check, and solving some leak issues that had occurred recently. He worked with great expertise and collaboratevely along the other builders who were focusing on other jobs in the same room. What most impressed me was how he explained everything to me in detail and also gave me good instructions/tips for the future. I am so impressed by the precision of his work and how elegant even the pipework underneath looks.

I have been very grateful for Gabriel’s help checking and maintaining my boilers and plumbing for years. He is a most knowledgeable and careful gas engineer especially on Vaillant boilers and does a very thorough job when servicing and repairing them. Plumbing is also great. He is very careful and protective of the house and the environment he is working in. Gabriel always tries to get round as soon as he can- a great advantage as any problems are identified and dealt with quickly for my tenants and ourselves.

Told us we had to have new radiators and a whole new plumbing system that cost multiple thousands. Another plumber has fixed the problem - radiators just needed flushing, costing £200 per radiator. Proheat & plumb lied.

We had a full refurbishment of our flat although when we moved in was still unfinished with workers inside.
Among the rest, in addition we incurred also in a frustrating experience about plumbing, carried out late at high charges by a person (recommended by the builder). He was asked to fix (twice) a water pump under our bath. After that job was paid too, the plumber vanished after 2 failures leaving us with the water pressure problem unsolved and an unsightly mess for one year! Finally, after a few other interviews, we got in touch with Gabriele Moretti and his outstanding professional skills.
He could reinstall a proper pump, get rid of the mismatching materials (plastic and copper even of inadequate diameter). And finally the marble panel was also back. He also identified water leaks, readjusted the toilet flushes wrongly fixed and without adequate water pressure, Finally readjusted also the unsightly pipes and fittings sticking out under the basins
He also pointed out and fixed the serious issue of a douche fixed contravening water regulations as it represents a fluid risk category, highest of water contamination.
After the above previous disappointment (in addition to others in our flat despite high charges and below the standard results), we are grateful to Gabriele, his honesty and his highly professional approach.

I’ve always thought that there are two areas of work that need to be done by professionals! Electricity, and plumbing. If you cut corners (cheap) you get what you pay for.
