Paul and the team were great from start to finish. They came out to do a powerflush on the system and then came back to fit a new boiler and thermostat as we requested and were able to get us in quickly to suit our needs. Service was brilliant and all the team were polite, professional and friendly. No mess left behind and kept the space tidy. We had an issue with a leak in one of the radiators and had someone round asap from messaging Paul who fixed the issue there and then. Would highly recommend Proheat and have been very impressed all the way through!

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt in this instance I would like to support this company due to the excellent service that I received. My Boiler was on its last legs as was 18 years old and we were left freezing after another company had let me down. When I rang and booked they were fast to respond and were worried as I had young children and even provided me with a little heater to keep us warm. Friendly, professional and polite people.

We have used proheat boilers Ltd for the first time after them being recommended by a friend . We had a new boiler fitted and they were brilliant! Really professional and easy to liaise with . They arrived on time and cleaned away all the rubbish etc at the end when they were finished. They also went through how everything worked with us after it was installed.
