Excellent work

We had our heat pump and air handler installed by Pro Heating and Cooling, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Naturally, we were a bit nervous going into the project — it’s not every day you replace an old 80% gas furnace and relocate the entire system from the basement to the attic. We made the change not only for efficiency, but also to free up space so we can eventually finish our basement.

Despite the complexity, the installation was completed in just one day — including the outdoor unit, indoor air handler, and new ductwork runs. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. We're looking forward to putting the system to the test during the next heat wave!

I had a terrible experience with Pro…

I had a terrible experience with Pro Heating and Cooling, INC. Their improper installation of my HVAC unit led to a huge leak, causing considerable damage. What's worse, they've completely denied any responsibility, contradicting the assessments of my insurance company and the HVAC repair service I had to hire. Their refusal to provide their insurance information (to me or my insurance company), to resolve this makes it clear they are not operating in good faith. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable HVAC provider.

They tried claiming this was an issue with maintenance, but this is not the case.

I have called them several times to get the insurance information, and they will not provide it. There is no reason to not provide the name of the insurance company to a paying customer.

Calling to "discuss this further" becomes, "We are not at fault!"

Nancy, we value your feedback, and truly sorry to hear about your frustration. However, after a thorough review of your system and the situation, we have determined that the issue was not related to the original installation, but rather due to a lack of ongoing maintenance over time, if Maintenace was completed the 3rd party company did not catch this. We understand how stressful it can be when HVAC systems fail, especially when there's property damage involved. That’s why we took your concerns seriously and carefully evaluated the facts. Unfortunately, in this case, the evidence does not support that installation was the cause. As for your request regarding insurance, we follow standard industry protocol and legal guidance, which does not require us to release our insurance information in cases where no liability has been established. We always aim to be fair, transparent, and professional in how we handle customer concerns, and we stand by the quality of our work. If you would like to discuss this further, we're happy to speak with you directly.

Please keep in mind, the draining system is essential to maintain in order to prevent these issues.
