My domain was transferred to the after I had transferred to my trusted partners, and I am still trying to get hold of someone to even help me with this. I paid for the domain renewal so I can request the transfer back to me, and not only did the money get deducted, but I got an error with the transaction, and the domain is not renewed. I have posted tickets and sent a WhatsApp message, and still no response... if you offer a 24hour active service system, you should at least have someone available to assist..
