Good customer service
I could have given a 5 stars but the packaging could have been a little better. All 4 boxes where the coilovers came in where all ripped off and the bag where the adjustable tools came in was ripped open. First time impressions goes a long way and mine didn't got too far buying at Pro Imports for the first time. I did line the fact that Oscar called me on the phone to verify that it was me who made the purchase, other companies would have just charged my card in a heartbeat.

Pro importuners contacted me to let me know my make and model would not work with the tuner I was purchasing. They not only emailed, they called,and their customer service was by far some of the best I've had. Technicians were very helpful as well

I have zero complaints about purchasing…
I have zero complaints about purchasing from ProImportTuners.com. They called and verified that I was making the purchase since I was a first time buyer, it was a large amount of money and my billing and shipping address didn't match. I have never had any other place I order from do this. It gave me a good since of trust and if they have the part I need I will buy from them in the future.
Even if you don't buy from them at least you can expect a phone call when you don't know your buying from them.
If you do buy from them expect your part to arrive quick.

In regards to the shift knob, threads will not always match up exactly on all vehicles. In most cases, even if you take the stock knob from the same type of car, they may not align exactly either. This is not due to imperfections, it's due to differences in the thread cutting on the lever, shift knob, or adapters. The way to solve this is to simply tighten a bit more or loosen it a bit to align it to your preference. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Where the rest of my order
Well i got my package in a timely manner but once i got i am missing some my order like i bouth 2 sets of brake rotors front and rear pairs, advertise as pairs as well. Im missing one of the rotor from both sets... i only got one front and one rear rotors

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I did look into your order and wanted to clear up some info. Looking at the order, everything did ship out as normal. We also sent multiple tracking numbers to your email as well. As is shown in the tracking, one shipment is arriving later than the others. This can occur due to the parts possibly shipping from different warehouses or from slight delays from the shipping companies. We also never received a notification from you that you were missing parts. We always provide the best possible customer support. However, since we were never notified that you were missing parts, there is no way to know that there was an issue. All the shipments we send out are covered by warranties and insurance. As such, if something does arrive damaged, missing, or is lost in transit, you are covered. Please ensure to let us know if any issues appear and we will do what we can to help. Simply reply to any of the emails we have sent and we can help provide more details. If after we have assisted you, you feel that we have provided better assists, please consider revising the review.

I ordered parts and when they arrived they were wrong parts.
I ordered parts and when they arrived they were the wrong parts. I only have communication with emails from customer service. In emails I requested the parts be exchanged for the correct ones. I find out after numerous emails requesting the correct parts in an email, I exceeded 30 days and the email response is to sell the parts myself. Has anyone else been giving this kind of service from this company? I am curious to know! I will express this outrageous customer service on other web services.

I see that you ordered Shocks/Struts in late July for the Rear of your vehicle but actually need the Front ones. That's fine, and we'll make sure you get taken care of. We made an exception to our 30 day return policy in your case, as we often can when a manager reviews the situation. For some parts we cannot do this, but in your case everything is going to work out just fine.
