I booked a consultation and had the option to choose which advisor I would speak with. Didn't really matter to me, but it did give a more personal touch. I spoke with Grady. He was polite and very informative. They definitely are point on the 15 minutes but all for all it was very assuring. The timing was just off for me right after Xmas and before the 1st, but I'm definitely looking forward to applying soon! Keep you updated.
