We engaged Viktor and his Project Army a number of years ago to convert us over from Wix to WordPress and have been with him ever since for hosting and other services. Viktor’s deep knowledge and expertise on all things hosting and beyond quickly became apparent. His value for money is excellent. We highly recommend Viktor if you’re looking for WP-related help.

Ditto almost everything the reviewer said about false promises. When Viktor is in attentive mode, the work gets done. Then he seems to drop off the map, makes excuses when he drops back in, and is generally unreliable from a long term perspective. I am currently researching other options for website management. Last word from him, two weeks ago, "I'm almost done." Since then I've asked for updates, and get crickets.

It was a very quick turnaround in removing the malware that infested my site. Project Army was very informative and very accommodating. I love that they also do follow-ups! I would recommend their service 100%! Very affordable too.

He was so patient in giving me instructions and walked me through the steps one by one. We solved it immediately! Thank you so much!

It’s obvious the reviews on here are for small jobs.

I hired Viktor in January to rework my site and do some SEO.

He told me it would take about 2 weeks to complete. I paid him in full, $2,700 because I felt he was honorable and trustworthy, and because someone I trust referred me to him.

2 months go by and I still have no new website.

At the 3 week mark, he mentioned some medical issues had come up but that they were resolved and we were on track. He has not communicated additional issues since that time.

I continued to trust him because he offered a credit of $500 for the delay.

My multiple inquires as to why this is taking so long are either ignored, or he’ll tell me it will be done that week, none of which has been true. He’ll simply do a few pages, send them to me, then disappear for a week, his pattern for the last 2 months.

Last week he completed a few very small updates and no new pages to review, then disappeared yet again with no communication.

To make matters worse, my site was recently hacked. The upsetting part is that this never would’ve happened had he completed the work when he said he would because the hack occurred via a plugin that we are not using on the new site. Additionally, during our kick-off call, I mentioned that several updates needed to be made. He told me not to worry about them, that it wouldn’t be an issue. Now I know most hacks occur due to plugins and themes not being updated regularly.

I’ve repeatedly asked him if he cannot complete the job as promised to kindly refund me in full so I can find someone else and he never responded.

I sent a final ultimatum email and when I didn’t hear back in a timely manner, I was forced to file a claim with my bank. He only responded when he got notification from his bank but by that time, it was too late. He’s simply made too many false promises.

I have been more than patient and done everything I can to work with Viktor in a professional manner in an effort to get what I paid for based on what was promised.

Because my current site is not working properly (and due to the hack), I have lost several thousand dollars these past several weeks, which is why I hired him to begin with.

I’d seriously think twice before hiring Viktor. He is talented, but his time management and communication skills need serious work, and it’s just not worth the stress and frustration trying to get him to follow through.

I fully admit I know nothing about tech when it comes to running a website. And that's way folks like Viktor exist. Insightful, quick work to get it all up and running again.

Unbelievable service, these guys are complete wizards when it comes to Wordpress, sorted out all of the buggy issues I couldn't get my head around at great speeds.

As a total novice, I am HUGELY grateful for Victor's support. So often there is a simple solution to problems like just clearing your browser cache or making a 'private' video public.
Viktor always gently makes suggestions that, altho obvious to more advanced Wordpress users, turn out to be super useful in troubleshooting for people (like me) unfamiliar with what to do.
Knowing that Victor is just an email or three away, has given me the confidence to forge ahead even though I sometimes feel as though I am treading unfamiliar waters.

Viktor has been an amazing support in migrating both my website and email to his platform. I know that any concern or issue I have will be dealt with quickly. As a clueless tech person, knowing I have Viktor on my side is very stress relieving.

Best service in the world. Fixed more problems for my site than I knew existed! In fact, they keep fixing things and the only thing slowing them down is me because I can't keep up on my end! VERY RECOMMENDED.

Were able to fix an issue in 10 minutes that Hostgator were unable to fix over the course of 5 days and around 16 live chats.
