Frendly, profetional, Quality team delivering a high quality product
We used project blinds to install shutters to our front rooms of our house 3 in total. We have 1 very big living room window that has given us problems geting blinds to fit.
From the offset this company was totally customer focused, the survey and sales visit was booked to our needs. When the guy arrived I was expecting a quick sales pitch but no, it was very detailed. I think he was here for around 3 hours going through every aspect of the different styles we had requested a quote on, and our concerns etc. He had photos of previous jobs on his phone, not glossy touched up magazine photos but real life this is how it could look.
Once we had the quote the same guy came back to go through options again and offered to come back again or meet up in their work shop to see "complete" blinds not just the samples.
Payment was straightforward.
Delivery and installation was seamless the installer arrived, worked around us as both myself and partner work from home. Very little noise, the whole thing was done in about 6 hours. Very pleasant guy. Once installed we were shown the ins and outs of how to use the shutters and general upkeep and how not to damage them :-)
After care for damage was explained before he left. I just felt really happy and assured that these shutters were a quality product, installed by a quality team and I have confidence that should I need them to come back for a repair it would be sorted in an equally professional and friendly manner.
I highly recommend, if i could give 6 stars i would.
