I’ve been ordering through this company for over 3 years. This time, they split my order and I received about 15% of my order, the rest can’t be tracked but it’s still in BC. I think it never left the shop. I wrote 3-4 times to them, yet no response. They are thieves!

Weak communication
I hadn’t had any issues before this time, but the communication with them recently has been really hard to establish as nobody has been replying to my communication attempt for 3 days already despite promising to do so within a day. I wanted to order some product for the long weekend and the system is trying to charge me delivery fee even though my order is big enough for the fee to be voided. I tried to reach out to them for no avail….

Thieves. No better than criminals.
I will say normally they are really good about giving good service, however...
This time around was pretty far from the norm. I made my order and received an email saying that 1 of the 2 things I ordered was on it's way. When I asked about the other part of my order and the tracking number for it, and they sent me the same tracking number as the first. So this was sketchy enough as is, but when they continued to dance around sending me a tracking number for the $100+ part of my order it began to get really sketchy.
Now they have been ghosting me completely. Not replying to emails, nor are they replying to the refund I requested.
The customer service has been atrocious, as ghosting a customer with a close to $200 order (only receiving the $15 dollar part of the order) and not actually trying to make it right when they were the ones who screwed up the order, took my money, and seemingly outright refuse to be professional with their silence and not providing the service I have paid for. Nor providing the tracking number for the product they claim they sent.
At this point they have stolen my money. And are no better than criminals. Which makes things worse because I have sent a lot of traffic to them, thinking they were actually trustworthy... Then this happens.
I don't recommend ordering through them unless you want to scammed out of your hard earned money.
