I think this company is very honest and…

I think this company is very honest and makes sure their customers are happy with what they purchased. I got my purchase lost on its way here I contacted the company to see where my purchase was and they found out it got lost. They were kind enough to replace my order. That to me shows how much they care for their customers. I thank them so much for doing this
You can definitely trust this company and what it stands for.

Missing necklaces

I ordered two necklaces and a plush honeybee toy. I only received the cheap plush toy. I emailed and received a response saying they video all packaging and will verify that only the plush was sent and then resend the necklaces. I responded and asked if I would get a tracking number for the new necklaces and never received a response. A few days later I asked for an update with no response. A few days after that I sent another original email complaining and I have not gotten a response. I find it hard to belive they have a camera recording each individual packaging and have each video tagged with which order. And regardless, if I didnt get the necklaces then someone took them out afterwards. Either way they arent even responding to my emails with any updates.

Very disappointed on incorrect delivery and zero response

I have been ordering from the bee lover project several years
Every winter I order 3 to 5 jars for the winter
This year I ordered for paid for four and only one was delivered
They were very difficult to reach out to But I went to their website and did a chat and I also sent emails and never received a response
Very unprofessional
Huge lack of communication
Very, very disappointed

Lovely to 🐝 here

I love bees so much and im so happy theprojecthoneybees allows me to express that! To be able to help them populate and protect while recieving lovely jewelry is a blessing. They are also great at responding back! I messed up my name on the certificate by accident, so when I reached out to fix it, I was suprised that I got a response in less than a day!! Needless to say, I'll definetly 🐝 back soon!!

I absolutely love this project! When I got my certificate of the queen honey bee that I adopted I was so excited to show everybody! And I love the jewelry necklace is super cute and very well made a durable. Will be ordering more. Thank you project honey bee! 🐝

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! We have been a supported of Project Honey Bees since 2021. Their mission and purpose is awesome! Last week I accidently dropped my bee necklace down the drain and i was so sad. I reached out to PHB and they offered to replace it FOR FREE WOW!! what a great company and cause

Just got my products and WOW! Talk about quality! I couldnt figure out how to adopt my bee but their customer service replied immediately on social media and helped me out in a few minutes :) i will be a lifelong supporter!

I love my bee necklace

I love my bee necklace! I had an issue with the chain and reached out to customer care, and they sent me a whole new necklace! They are so kind and helpful! Several people have told me they like it and they seem to like it more when I tell them about the mission behind it! If you are considering a purchase, I recommend it!

Superb Service and Resolution

I had issues getting to my bees that I had adopted several years ago. I wrote to Project Honey Bees and they REALLY helped me out a lot. There were technical issues and it was straightened out in a snap. They were VERY helpful, friendly, and took care of and solved the problem. Experiences are made best by how people’s attitude and friendliness are and these folks get a trophy at how WONDERFUL they were to me. Everything was quickly taken care of and I was able to finally chill out. Thank you PHB! You are awesome!

I will do anything to help the bees..my jewelry is absolutely beautiful...i needed help registering my bees I emailed and within minutes they emailed back and solved the problem

Took a couple emails to get answers but…

Took a couple emails to get answers but the person I was working with today was extremely helpful tho it was my mistake that the address on my order was wrong they took the time to help me and get my order shipped back out. I'm very pleased with they time it took to resolve my mistake.

They're jewelry to be honest didn't expect it to be such good quality. To say that I am very satisfied would be an understatement. What they are doing for our precious honey bees is amazing. Thank you all so much for what you do.

NEVER EVER

NEVER EVER! I made an order on Feb 8 and when on March 11 still had not received it wrote an email asking about the status of the order. Project Honey Bee answered that Globalpost the carrier has flagged this order for address validation error attaching screenshot with my address which showed perfectly correct address. I replied that address is fine and I'm waiting for my order. Since then seems I've been blacklisted - have sent 5 emails asking about the status of my order with no answer at all. Needless to say, I haven't received my order either. So if you want to pay for jewelry and get nothing in return but complete disregard, then shop here. It's especially disgusting because this scam is being carried out under the guise of a morally high goal - protecting bees.

Helpful support

My order is still ongoing and I couldn't track it on their site. I reached out to PHB in email, FB, Insta, etc., because I was scared my gift will not arrive in time for my boyfriends birthday. A PHB support person contacted today that they are checking - it came out that the address was not right for the shipping company (which is strange, but it's not PHB's fault). They told me it's good I messaged them so we could solve it quickly. My order will be shipped Tomorrow and the support person said that if I still cannot track my order or something I can message them again anytime. Such a great attitude, the support was so kind and helpful! <3 Thank you for that! I'm sure the product will be just perfect both in condition and quality! :)

The best customer service hands down!

Purchased the spinning bee necklace for my wife for Christmas. Necklace had minor issues and broke but Ryan with Project Honeybees immediately took care of me and got it replaced, no hesitation! I highly recommend anyone to this company!

Awful experience

It's an awful experience, I've been waiting more than 21 days and so far no information, no feedback, no guide number, and no answer from their terrible customer service, I've sent E-mail, after E-mail, after E-mail, and I can tell that this feels like a dam scam. Stay far far away from purchasing from this website and avoid getting scammed.

UPDATE: What the hell are you talking about sending an E-mail to your customer service? I´ve done that several times!!!.

FINAL UPDATE: At last I've received the refund of both purchased products from them.
