Projector air filter replacement

The air filter replacement was the exact size and the filter membrane has performed to my expectations. I will definitely be a future customer. I appreciate the quick response to my order.

I ordered a projector screen and pre…

I ordered a projector screen and pre paid for it. They sent the wrong size screen so I called them and they never made the exchange. I now have a wrong size and am out the cost of the screen I ordered. Bad service.

I'm very sorry you feel our service was substandard.

All my records show we shipped you the screen you ordered, it shipped right away, and delivered within a week or so of order. Then, when you determined it was too big for your needs, we did obtain a RMA for its return with the screen's manufacturer. The RMA was created 2 weeks after your original order was placed, so it appears the whole process from order, to delivery, to dispute, to resolution happened very quickly.
