Reports Are saying the same than Here :
1.Most commonly, orders go unfulfilled and simply disappear after payments are processed, resulting in nothing at all.
2.Victims may receive cheap replicas made with poor-quality materials that do not match the original product descriptions, constituting knock-off or inferior substitutes.
3.In some cases, victims report receiving items that are clearly used, broken, or otherwise tampered with, showing that no new products are being shipped, which is the outcome of receiving used, damaged, or tampered goods.
4.Some orders arrive with products that are completely different from what was ordered, demonstrating no order accuracy, leading to completely wrong items being delivered
In addition to selling sham goods or no goods at all, Projectps.co unscrupulously collects customers' personal and financial data during checkout, including full names, home addresses, phone numbers, credit card details, and more. This information is likely used or sold for nefarious purposes like identity theft, credit card fraud, or sharing on dark web marketplaces.

It has been nearly 3 Weeks since my order was placed, they have very poor organization in contacting and I’m quite upset if they are merely using “Palestine” as an excuse to scam people, but I’ll have to call my bank to report it as fraud as they have not delivered on the product whatsoever.

THIS IS AFTER A MONTH OF SENDING NOTHING. THIS PARTICULAR MESSAGE WAS NINE DAYS AGO AND STILL NOTHING. THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND A SCAM. I'M CALLING THE AUTHORITIES, CALLING MY BANK TO REPORT THE FRAUD, AND REPORTING TO GOOGLE TO REMOVE THEIR LISTING.

Scam. Plain and simple.

I placed an order with Project Palestine on 24 April 2025, paying $213 NZD for products that were never delivered. The merchant initially promised delivery by the latest 10 May 2025, but I have not received the goods. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, their responses have been repetitive and unhelpful, and no tracking information has been provided. I believe this website is fraudulently collecting money under the guise of supporting a humanitarian cause.

Project Palestine, which operates via projectpalestine.co and the Instagram account @projectpalestine75 is a scam

I ordered a keffiyeh two weeks ago to support Palestinian artisans, but I never received any shipping confirmation or tracking number. Since then, the shop has stopped responding to messages, and their Instagram activity has gone silent. When I looked online, I found multiple people reporting similar experiences — either not receiving their items or receiving poor-quality, incorrect products.

What makes this particularly disturbing is that they’re profiting off a humanitarian crisis, which is both unethical and deeply offensive.

Scam nothing was sent or non reply to my emails have to dispute the charges. .

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. My order has never arrived and they haven't responded to numerous emails, i can see from here they are based in Colombia, don't order, it's a scam

Item hasn't arrived. Product description says it will arrive within 3-5 business days. It’s been more than double that.

No delivery date or tracking information was provided at any point. No response to any of the emails I have sent.

Project Palestine falsely advertised the "keffiyeh" I purchased as 100% cotton. The photo made it look very high quality. However.. the piece of rubbish that I received was not at all what was described or featured in the image.
Do NOT trust this website.
Do NOT give them money.
They WILL rip you off.

Project Palestine mislead me about the Keffiyeh scarves - advertised as fully cotton, but were fully synthetic and made in China. This is despite them boldy stating, "Indulge in the luxurious softness and breathability of our Keffiyeh scarves, crafted from the finest 100% cotton". I emailed Project Palestine using their contact email under their 'Support' menu option which states, "We respond quickly, with maximum email response time being less than 24 hours." I know my emails were delivered as I got a confirmation receipt of delivery for 1st and 2nd emails sent to their stated email address on 12-12-2024 and 14-12-2024. I waited - zero response - now it is close to 5 months later contradicting their statement of responding quickly in less than 24 hours.

It's taken me this long to write this review as I'm a full time carer of my wife who has Parkinson's disease - I bought 2 scarves, 1 for my wife, but she can't wear it due to her skin sensitivity to synthentics. This overall poor experience has left me to question the legitimacy of this website and their so called claims of support for the Palestinian and Syrian peoples. They make broad-based statements about this support but never provide links to their social media, which I thought would be obvious and beneficial to the Palestinian cause.

My final words of caution is do your research on any website that purports to support Palestine.

Fantastic products, came on time and great customer service. Will most definitely be buying again. Thank you!

Absolute scam

After sending more than 10 emails asking for my order to either be sent or my money returned, they had the nerve to only reply here stating that I never sent the order number, which is completely false because it was mentioned in every email. I sent another 2 emails, after their response here, and guess what, they never replied.
IN CASE YOU DIDN'T READ MY LAST 10 EMAILS AND MY LAST COMPLAINT HERE, IT'S THE ORDER #13206.
Please return my money or send the order with evidence.

Avoid these guys like the plague, using a genocide to scam people is the rock bottom of humanity.
