I recently purchased the semi precious stone pendant set. Well one of the crystals was chipped. I notified Maybelle in customer service and she forwarded my complaint. I was ecstatic to receive my replacement stone through the mail. Deep Origins has great customer service and they stand behind their products. You rarely seen such a great company like this one. Acupoint Blissful Sleep Companion
I have been using the Acupoint Blissful Sleep Companion for a week or so now. I really like it. It took a little bit of figuring to understand how it works - the instruction manual is not great, but my daughter helped me out.
I feel like the device is helping my sleep, but more important is that has definitely helped relieve the tendinitis in my left hand. I think it acts like a little handheld TENS device. I also can set it against a sore muscle such as my shoulder and it seems to relieve the soreness and tightness.

They charged me 150 every month since I…
They charged me 150 every month since I got one of their “get this item for free, just pay shipping” adds. They then tried to tell me I subscribed to their om club when I made that purchase. They wanted to justify their charges that are clearly fraudulent. A subscription implies that something is received by you in exchange for money. There was nothing coming, but they were taking 150 a month. They gave the money back after a credit card dispute, but I am watching my account closely now, because I don’t trust this company. And the items are now tainted. I threw them in the garbage.
