Customer Support saves the day
Let me tell you - this company should start paying its customer service people more, because they really salvaged a situation for me. I was unhappy about being charged for a service I did not mean to purchase (it was not obvious during checkout). Even though the 2 week grace period lapsed, the customer support employee went and fought to get me the refund I asked for. I like the physical product that I purchased (orgone pyramid) and in the end, the unnecessary charge was reversed. Thanks!!

my experiences
I have bought bracelets and necklaces for myself and my family from this company. They somehow can ship to my part of the world without the huge shipping costs that many U.S. based companies have, possibly because I believe their items are often shipped from the places where local craftsman are creating the pieces. They have a huge selection of healing stones and information on the value of these. If you have a question about the pieces they are quick to respond and helpful.

They offered me a free bracelet and said all i had to pay was for shipping and then automatically opted me into a $49.95 omclub membership without my consent and charged me. They won’t give a refund bcus they say its a “valid transaction” which is bs bcus i did not agree to a membership. Only thing they offered in return was another free bracelet or a coupon for $50. Scams.

SCAM company Project Yourself
SCAM company operating under various names (Project Yourself, Buddha Stones, etc) on Facebook, advertising 'spiritual enlightenment' if you will order their 'FREE' 'spiritual items' which include bracelets, necklaces and other assorted jewelry items. Your 'FREE- just pay shipping' knick-knack will actually cost you $20 or so plus $7.99 for a 'blessing' from some monks. Also included in your 'FREE' order will be a hidden monthly $99.95 recurring charge to the credit card you used for your 'FREE' offer. In several days or weeks, you will receive your 'spiritual item' which in my case was a plastic bead necklace on a thin elastic string. If you call the number they leave in EVERY response to the scam reviews, you'll get a company representative who argues vociferously with you, telling you that you really DID sign up for a 'Club Membership' you never saw, which includes some meditations, discounts on their other jewelry and a 10% 'Good Karma' donation to the company owners' favorite children's and impoverished people's charities (not hard to figure out that angle.) Don't even bother to try returning your spiritual knick-knack to them as they want you to take a picture of it first (!) for their review to see if they think it's eligible for return (!!) but they tell you not to send it to the address it came from as that's the 'incorrect address' (!!!) and they'll harass you with their screenshots of things you supposedly agreed to or e-mails you never received confirming said 'Club Membership.' On top of which, their slickly photographed items cost between $50 and $150 and are exactly the same as any item you could buy in any self-respecting New Age gift store for $10 to $20. The five star reviews for some curious reason reference customers receiving broken, damaged, incorrect or missing items, which, when rectified, appear to provide their customers with paroxysms of joy, thankfulness for the actions of the company reps and undying devotion to the company. Maybe those glowing reviews aren't actually real at all, as the format is identical in nearly all of them. It's hard to see how regular people would reach spiritual nirvana with the help of a cheap plastic mala, but as P. T. Barnum famously said, "There's a sucker born every minute" and that is exactly what this company is banking on.

PROTECT YOURSELF!!!
The name you should remember is PROTECT YOURSELF And DO NOT purchase, or do any business with this irreparable company. I purchased a product for $17.95 and I’m still waiting for the product. And just this morning as numerous other people have mentioned, there is a charge on my card for $99.95. Unbelievable! I have tried calling and emailing as suggested and have received no response. Stay clear of this scam.

Be careful purchasing anything from this company as they have hidden agendas when you place an order! You will get signed up for some stupid program for $100. And when you inquire about it and ask for a refund, they refuse you any refund and basically you are out of luck no matter if they take every bit of your money to where you can't eat or get anything you need! Scam Artist and never received the purchase in the first place. Extremely Dissatisfied Customer who will never promote or use again! Thanks for taking all my money with nothing in return, your starving robbed Customer.

Horrible scam I fell victim to
Horrible scam I fell victim to. I received simple order emails and then additional emails and they claim I signed up for a trial and membership, but I didn't see additional charge terms because it's a scam. The company has unresponsive customer service hiding behind fake legal claims. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I'm trying to fight their illegitimate charges through my bank. Stay away from this scam!
