I'm not sure what's going on with Proleve. I placed an order on the 25th of March and have not received any tracking information for my wholesale order. I've tried calling way too many times and emailing with no response. I'm not sure what to do. I have customers waiting..

Placed an order with this company two weeks ago and still have not received my product or heard from the company. I would stay away from this company as there is no way to communicate with them after you place an order as they do not answer their telephone.

Ordered on march 18 2026 today is the 26th still have not received and they have not responded to my email

I’m in the UK and the shipping costs me a fortune unfortunately. But this is the best CBD oil I have ever had 3 drops of Broad sepctrum before bed and I’m out until 8am. Highly recommended

After seeing their pricing (I ordered the wholesale 200 gummy bundle), I was skeptical, but still willing to give it a try. I'm extremely happy with my order. They shipped my order out within 1 business day. I received it in about 2 business days after shipping (3 days early!) The product was packaged extremely well. I even waited until after I tried the product before leaving this review, as I saw some other people claim to have received the wrong product / dosage for their orders, and I'm happy to report I received EXACTLY what I ordered. I highly recommend this company to others!

After 2 years of buying Proleve from a local CBD store, the owners closed their store. I started buying direct from Proleve. Then they started offering buy in bulk, so to save money, I purchased CBG in bulk. The product I received sent me to the emergency room in the back of an EMS unit. My blood pressure went up to 220/130, and they were forced to give me something in the emergency room to lower it quickly. The bulk product use the same package with boxes to check and items to circle saying what is supposed to be in the package. What I received was not CBG. It was a very high dose Delta product marked as CBG on the package. My blood work taken in the emergency room showed positive for THC. Their mistake cost me over $500 in deductibles and co pays, PLUS, the $200 I spent on the product that they never refunded like they told me they would. This was over 6 months ago. Be very careful of what you buy from this company.

I have been a huge fan and user of Proleve's CBD ointment but on receipt of my latest order I discovered they had changed the formula and it no longer is as effective for me as it has been. I think it's pretty arrogant to sell me a product you have changed without any notice at the point of sale. I am really disappointed in Proleve. I used to have the greatest confidence in their products and their company. This kind of treatment of long standing clients is a formula for failure, and I am currently looking for another vendor with an effective CBD salve.

No instructions on how much to use. You get a bottle with a dropper, and it says it depends on how much you need. So you don't know if you're suposed to use one drop or ten drops. There's no guide. It's purely insane

I bought the 2500 broad spectrum for arthritis pain and to help me sleep it did neither for me !

I have always had amazing customer service with them. The rep is very friendly, he's always prompt at returning my calls. Sent me all the lab testing paperwork with the isolate powder I get. I've used the powder in several products and I've had great experience and results. Thank you Proleve!!!

Be wary of this company. I am a lab tech for a CBD processor in Colorado and I can tell you that you can't have 5000mg of CBD in a 30ml bottle without coagulation. If it is CBD isolate you will get crystallization. We have seen numerous companies selling products that do not have the amount of CBD that they say they do in the product. Buy from established companies that have proven track records.

Proleve has enabled me to stand the pain of walking. It has also decreased inflammation. Excellent service and product. Would highly recommend to anyone in pain.

BEWARE!

This company is a scam. The CBD has been getting me sick lately and almost killed my dog. The owner John could not be any ruder also.

I had bought a couple of bottles of the Tincture but when I ordered 2 more they changed it. They aren't in the same bottles and the taste is totally different. Disappointed, kinda feels like bait and switch. I wrote the company and never received a response.

Highly recommend! I searched for quality CBD and compared prices and found this one to be pretty competitive. When I went to buy my gummies I got a payment error - same thing happened when I had tried to buy CBD from another company awhile back and I never got an explanation.

With proleve I got an immediate email from someone giving me another way to pay along with a discount for the inconvenience. I went through with it and received the gummies the next day.

Been taking one daily for about 5 days and I feel so much better - mainly got them for anxiety and it seems to be working. I’ll continue to give this company my business.

Amazing customer service, great products, much more than I hoped for!

First, I will start off by saying Proleves customer service is phenomenal!! I have never had a company go above and beyond as they have!! Secondly, they offer fast 2-day shipping!!!! Lastly, I bought the 50 mg CBD gummies for my anxiety and I am super happy I did!! They work wonders!! I also bought the CBD vape pen 25 mg Strawberry Lemonade. I will say I haven't noticed that it made a difference in anyways and kinda taste a little funky. That alone won't deter me from trying Proleves other products!!

Tried to order several bottles of cbd oil and it would not take my credit card that I use on a regular basis. Something wrong with billing in this company. Do not order from this dive!
