Placed an order for a 1 person IR sauna, had a call 1-2 days after to arrange delivery and it arrived about 2-3 days later! perfect! Great quality sauna, easy and quick to install and works well. Highly recommend.

Be aware how long it takes…!
I ordered a 3 person sauna in August 2024, and paid in full. We spoke to the company with regard to when we could expect our delivery and they told us the latest it would arrive would be October. We received no email updates for our purchase at all, so we phoned in October to check the delivery date, we were told it would be with us in mid November. When we’d heard nothing we phoned again and were told it would be delivered in December. I pointed out how poor the communication had been and I was told that I should have been emailed (I wasn’t) I pointed out to the person that I spoke to that I had begun to believe we’d been scammed, the person seemed shocked to hear this and told me that he would deliver the sauna on December 3rd. They finally emailed me and told me that it would be December 5th. It did finally arrive on December 5th but I took one look at the electricity cable and realised that it needed to be hardwired into the electrics by an electrician. We rang and spoke to the company and were told that they provided an installation service. We paid for that and the men arrived on December 11th, only to be told that they don’t install they just build! The sauna looks good but I am more than frustrated at the lack of customer service, the lack of communication and the lack of a working sauna! I have now got to find an electrician and pay even more to have it fitted! This could all have been a great deal easier with more information from the company.

So pleased with my sauna!
After deliberating for a while about getting a sauna, I came across pro line direct and purchased a 3 person sauna as it was such a reasonable price. It was delivered in good time and the quality is amazing. I love that we can listen to any music through the Bluetooth device and there are lots of different mood lightings to choose from. Thinking about an ice bath next!

Easy ordering
Easy ordering and helpful staff prior to ordering on line.
Upon delivery the breather on the tank was found to have issues with the threaded grooves.
Have only given 4 stars because upon bringing it to the company’s attention and providing photos etc I have heard nothing back.
My expectation was a replacement part, outcome still awaited.
