the overall experience - from contact to roof review and estimate to the associate that did the cleaning and the bill more reasonable than many for roof and gutter cleaning - this is my GO TO company - took care of my son in law fiver years ago as well - no one else I would hire than them!!!
Prolong Roof care has had my business for several years. I think they do a good job at a fair price. I recently hired them for cleaning my roof and gutters and they gave me a time and date. When they didn't show up I called and was told they would get right back to me. I called again after a half hour and was told they would get back to me. Eventually they did and said they had made a mistake and forgot to show my appointment on their schedule. I was told that would come the following Tuesday. I rescheduled my window cleaning for the following Wednesday. They then advised me it would be another week before they could come. They argued that they had told me that date after they did not show. Their mistake, 11 days out before they could do my job. I have made other arrangements and cancelled. I will not use them again or recommend them.
