Good experience

I never did a fast before and didn't think I could. I was able to do this because Prolon was there every step of the way. I won't say it was easy but TOTALLY worth it. I feel fantastic.

Efficient reset

Each of 3 times I have completed the FMD in the last 5 months, I have lost and maintained the loss of 4-5 lbs each time (total of 13 lbs of primarily upper abdominal fat). My cgm during the diet tended to personally show spikes with the soups, but never with the bars or shakes. I feel so good doing this fast and enjoy the taste of the products. A very easy way for me to reset!

I just finished Prolon’s 5-Day kit and honestly, I loved it. The meals felt surprisingly tasty for fasting-mimicking food: the soups were hearty, the bars weren’t chalky, and the nut mixes kept me from feeling totally deprived. Energy stayed steady, no crashes, and I dropped a few pounds without the usual hanger. Super easy to follow too—just heat, eat, repeat. Will definitely do it again soon. Highly recommend if you’re curious about fasting without the misery.

It was tough. Didn’t feel ok until the 5th day. Hope it works like you advertised!! Soups could be better. Got very tired of them by day 4/5.

Nothing else worked but Prolon
