I bought earrings ,& a necklace. They were nothing like the photo on the site. They are pure rubbish. I was duped.
Not worth returning as would cost as much as I'd spent.
How can these people live with a clear conscience knowing they are overpricing these items.
Please do not buy anything, go to low cost high street chain store, you at least know what you are getting.
I ordered a jacket last week which arrived today and I was so disappointed when I opened the parcel.
First of all the jacket was not in the colour shown online. I ordered a brown jacket and I got a blue one which was not the colour that I ordered.
The quality is okay not the best jacket I have ever owned but the quality was the only good thing about the jacket.
The stitching looks like it was cheaply made and I paid £37 which was quite expensive for a jacket which was the wrong colour and didn’t meet the standards.
I would return it but it’s not worth it since the customer has to pay to ship it to their warehouse in Asia. The taxes and fees that come with sending a parcel abroad would be the cost of the jacket.
I will not be buying from this company again. A fake company selling bad clothes.
First time I have ordered anything through Promada. In the beginning I was a bit skeptical after I ordered, but the information about the status of the order soon followed and kept me posted when i asked for it.
By now my new item arrived and it fits well too. I am 1.92 meters tall, average width and the item in size L fits me perfectly!
