I purchased a dress from the Prom Dress Shop & from another online dress shop (without properly reading their return policy). The dress from the prom dress shop was too large, but I was completely bummed that I could not complete my transaction with them & instead had to use the other dress shop (with TERRIBLE policies & customer service). I only do not have a dress from this shop because I ordered from another one that does not take returns like The Prom Dress shop does. I received excellent help and guidance from this shop. If I ever need a dress again, I am coming here first.

Ordered a Sherry Hill dress for my daughter’s prom due to having a hard time finding 00 size locally. We were very pleased with the selection. It arrived only after a few days and fits her perfectly. I would definitely use again.

My dress came in faster than it was supposed to, and it fit me perfectly. it was just like the picture and actually even better in person!!

When taking out of plastic notice beading already coming off as well a string hanging. Now a portion of the dress doesn’t have beads luckily it’s the bottom. And sleeves are not true long sleeve almost 3/4.

the dress my daughter picked out for prom was really pretty i didn't think i would like it but when she tryed it on she looked beautiful it is a little long but the top part fits perfectly thanks to you guys im done shopping for prom already

Went to a boutique to try on dresses. Fell in love with an Ellie Wilder dress I tried on. The boutique couldn’t get the size I needed so I looked online and found it here in my size. Ordering was easy, shipping was free and I got exactly what I wanted slightly cheaper too. Will definitely buy from here again. I would recommend this place to anyone, they have beautiful dresses and are reasonably priced!

Ordered a dress for my daughter, it was 2 sizes too small so now I’m stuck with it because it was a final sale. I just wanna wanted to exchange for another size and they would not work with me at all! This was a Rachel Allan dress and my daughter has other dresses in this brand in a size 6 so I know the sizing runs small that’s why I ordered a 6 when she normally wears a 2. Even in a 6, the dress was 2 sizes too small.

Dress came in 2 days and the price was good.

unfortunately the dress did not work out for my daughter But the ordering process, shipping and tracking notifications in return process notification was very easy and clear.
