No words to describe the experience I had with Promed! The process was better than I ever could have expected, from day one til even now. The team at Promed is with you every step of the way, from the beginning during the consultation phase and setup phase, to the procedure and how they took care of me from the time we landed til when I left, and post procedure when they continually check up on you to make sure everything is ok. I couldn’t recommend Promed enough! If you are looking to go to Turkey for a hair transplant then look no where else, Promed is the right pick! I am 13 weeks post procedure and the hair is coming in very nicely, can’t wait to see it in another 13 weeks. Thank you Promed for a wonderful experience, much success to all

I am very satisfied with my hair transplant experience. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the level of care I received was excellent. The team was professional and supportive both before and after the treatment, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process.

I am very grateful for the way they provide their services, from my arrival at the airport until my departure. If there were more than 5 stars, I would gladly give them all. They are the best at hair transplants and even better at the follow-up they offer their patients, both before and after the transplant.

Entire process, right from airport pikup till final airport drop, was very professionally done! I left PROMED only with good memories.
The team was always available for all questions before travel. And after traveling back home, the after-care team is alys available for all queries.
The overall experience is very good & completely satisfying.

Everything from the starting of consultation to planning the visit , receiving from airpot to hotel and transfer were well planned. The team in the clinic were very friendly and ensured the whole procedure was seamless and very smooth . The staff, translator and other members were very friendly. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at ProMed Hair Clinic in Istanbul. This is already my second time here for a beard transplant, and I can honestly say that I am beyond impressed once again.

My first treatment was already very successful, and I was completely happy with the results. However, this second procedure has truly exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. From the friendliness of the staff to the outstanding service and the flawless internal communication – everything was absolutely impeccable.

During the operation, thanks to the partial anesthesia, I did not experience any pain at all. After the procedure, I had almost no swelling in my face, which made the recovery process much more comfortable than I expected. The entire surgical team was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout the whole process.
