Promenade Travel provides outstanding customer experience

Adam at Promenade was very helpful, efficient and added value through the whole process from establishing the requirement, proposing solutions and quoting. The quote options were provided by the following day and completed booking at competitive pricing during that same day ie all within 24 hours. Promenade focuses on great customer service, following through with commitments and securing best pricing for quality hotels with flights at manageable times and with trains and car transport fully arranged. The team at Promenade truly work together and support to provide fast responses. A complete contrast to an aborted experience with another travel agent nearby.
