Promo Parrot give great customer service and their products are mostly really good quality and good prices.

I just want to highlight that I wouldn't order the personalised trolley coin keyring as, after a few months of normal wear and tear, being used day to day, it was really scuffed and battered and some of the logo and printed text had worn off (I don't seem to be able to add a photo here!)

When I raised this with Promo Parrot, they didn't agree it was unacceptable and felt it was normal for it to have deteriorated that much over a few months.

Just wanted potential buyers to have the heads up!
