I would give 0 stars if I could - do not order from this fake website. The dress I received looks nothing like what I ordered - different color, wrong size, different design. And they refused to pick up the return from customs in order for me to receive my "partial" refund. Will NEVER shop here again.

I ordered a dress on this website, after 2 weeks I received my order. what I received is completely different from what I ordered. I emailed customer service to get my money back. but from them you have to pay the return costs yourself and that is something like 20 euros. While this was their fault. really bad service and fake website. I want my money back plus the shipping and return costs.

Order from here and received the wrong item. Now when I email it, comes back undeliverable.
They sent me this pink garage that's not even on their website.
If I was able to attach photos I would.

Unwearable rag! The dress is nothing at all like the dress which I saw on the website. The quality of the dress I received is atrocious and isn't even worth trying to fix. It is not lined so it is totally see through. The dress on the website looked quite glamorous. I am so disappointed in the website. Do not purchase from Promstyle as you will be let down.

I shoudl have read the other reviews. This company is fake and a fraud. They send you a piece of garbage and don’t refund you. Please be aware.

Ordered a dress from this company in March and did not receive it until May. When I received it it was nothing like the dress I thought I was ordering. It broke my heart because it was for my 50th birthday. Did not even half way fit me. Quality was horrible do not order from this company tried to return and they do not respond to and emails. Horrible customer service. The BBB needs to close this site down.

Dress looks nothing like what’s ordered.
You cannot leave review on their website, which is how I was fooled because all reviews are clearly fake 5 stars.
It looks like a bad art project compared to what I ordered and they won’t take returns. They did give me a whole $12 refund woohoo.

THEY WILL SELL YOU GARBAGE!!!!!!!! Don’t spend your hard earn money on anything they sell!!!! Let’s put them ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND GET THE COMPANY REMOVED FROM GOOGLE!!! The pictures they POST ARENT THE ITEMS THEY SHIP OUT TO YOU. THEN THE WANT YOU TO WASTE YOUR TIME and send PICTURES AND after THE PICTURES THEY Will OFFER YOU A 10% refund for something that cause them about $2 to make!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have known THAT This Company IS FROM CHINA!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!! I didn’t read the review before I ordered. I THOUGH IF ITS ON GOGGLE ITS A GOOD COMPANY BUT I WAS WRONG!!!!! Please read the review before you get ripped off like I did!!!!!!

Do not order from this awful place. The dress I ordered is hideous. One sleeve is longer than the other, one sleeve is a different color, the dress doesn’t have a train. It look nothing like the picture on their website. I reach out to them & they offer me 10% discount & to keep the dress. There’s nothing I can do with this waste of garment. I’m definitely filing a complaint with the BBB & also disputing this charge with my bank as this is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re thinking about doing business with the place DONT. I have pictures of how bad this dress look. You will be able to see the pictures & emails from this SCAM of a place on the BBB website when looking at my complaint. This company shouldn’t be allowed to getaway with this.

Disaster of a dress!!! Lmaooooo. How do we get their website removed?? I reached out and what they do?....yup, u guessed it..offered 10% incremental refund discount to keep their garbage. Then wanna tell me to gift it!!!! Omg I'm livid plus they take 2 days to respond to your emails. Last thing they sent me an address saying thats their warehouse and I must shoulder the return. I know the reviews on their website are fake bcuz aint no way!!! Please how do we get to Google to shut down this crappy website??

I ordered a dress. The fabric is so cheep. Like rags to use. It doesn’t look like the photo nor does it fit properly. Do not spend your money. Total waste if you do.

I ordered a dress and paid additional money for expedited service. The dress arrives and was an absolute disaster!!!! I immediately reached out, sent pictures and requested a refund! Their response was keep the dress & we’ll give you 10% refund. The 2nd response was keep the dress or give it away. I wouldn’t dare do either. They’re trying not to refund my money. I want my money back! I have copies of the emails, pictures and everything to show the world, do not order from Promstyle! They ruined my birthday with that horribly made dress! I’m fighting with them currently about getting a return address or label and a full refund! $150 wasted!

**ZERO stars** I ordered 3 dresses on March 23 and here we are April 12 and NONE of the dresses I've ordered have been processed or shipped. I told the company I wanted to CANCEL the order and get a FULL refund as these dresses were needed for my birthday which has since passed so therefore the dresses are no longer needed. They keep emailing me asking can they give me this percentage off and that percentage off for the delay and inconvenience meanwhile when I check the status of my order the dresses still say "Awaiting Shipment"! I'll be calling AMEX to dispute.. This company is screaming FRAUD/SCAM! Beware, DO NOT BUY!

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1. They deserve a zero. Quality is cheap and nothing like the photos. Also they do not stand behind their return policy! No refund for me and been jumping through hoops for three weeks and now my 30 days have past. ⛔️ stay away from this company!

Yes I recently ordered a dress from this company and the dress was a disaster. It took a month to received when I tell you it was a holy mess packed in a dirty looking plastic bag it wasn't even packed descent, the dress didn't even a have tag like other stores have on their clothing. When I looked at this dress it wasn't nothing like the picture no rhinestones, no shoulder straps looked like plain thread, which they false advertised how the dress would be looking, they are scammers, they lied! lied! lied! I was furious when I looked at this dress I was like what the hell is this looked like something my 5 year grand-daughter sewed together for play play. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I immediately email them about the dress requesting my refund and it always took them 24 hours for to respond and every conversation they would offer 10%, 20%, 30% for me to keep this raggedy dress. I responded NO I want my refund back just as fast as you took to pay for this ugly dress, I do not won't the dress, the material was cheap at the price they was asking for and even if I had kept it wasn't fit to resale to anybody not even a call girl wouldn't wear this mess. Please read reviews before getting anything from another country or this company. NOT WORTH THE MONEY , THE TIME OR WAIT.........

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! IT'S FRAUD! False advertising! Lied on their return policy offering 10-20% of the purchase if you keep the dress. It's not even good enough to hang on my windows as curtains nor to be placed on my kitchen table as a table cloth! My 8 year old niece could have done a better job!

ATTENTION: You have to beat scammers at their own game. If they send you some trash throw it in the trash and tell the scammer you never received it! Then contact your bank or credit card and dispute. You are going to win because the scammers are so greedy and cheap they have no way to track packages to verify if you ever received it. You will definitely get a REFUND!!!!!

My wife purchased a bodysuit and shoes. They are both junk and are Not anything like those shown on the website. She does not want them and was offered a 10% discount.
Buyer beware. Total China junk!

Cheapest piece of ish I've ever purchased in my LIFE. Do not purchase ANYTHING from here. I ordered three dresses and am hating myself for tossing money down the drain.
