Denied with no explanation. Met all criteria and a cash settlement offer on the table from the defense 5x the amount requsted on my loan application. Yet mysteriously denied and no explanation. Don't get your hopes up people, if you need help like I did, try somewhere else these guys I just don't know what the deal is.

Not just pronto. None of the dozen or so business that say they fund WC in CA but don't would tell me when I asked a specific reason. I finally got a clear answer from a gentleman in Florida, and that answer is: WC cannot be funded in CA unless a third party is involved in the suit, then the proceeds would flow through the attorneys escrow, that is a requirement of pre settlement funding. So, without the third party involved in the suit, proceeds do not. This means that if you're looking for WC type lawsuit loan in California, and there's no third party involved in your WC suit, you might as well go start ant farm or a stamp collection, it would be a lot better use of your time. I'm surprised pronto didn't know that woulda gave em 5 stars if they responded to my review with this information. Otherwise I'd say they have good communication and are attentive and fast at moving through the process, and I'd have no problem working with them in the future on another type of personal injury case that I have but I went with a local business instead.

This company says they provide funding on multiple different kinds of cases if I have two cases and got the night on both I will not recommend the company nor do not in any kind of Rush to get in contact with you to tell you you were denied by phone call if this company wants better cases they should explain that better on their website and not mislead that they fund everyone especially people who are going through a crisis financially

I was sent a check via over night delivery . And 3 days later I’m yet to receive the check. However I received a document to sign after already signing documents .
