While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

A Game-Changer for Fire Insurance Claims!

After the Eaton Canyon fire, I tried several inventory management programs to document our insurance losses, but each one fell short and required time-consuming workarounds. I was overwhelmed by the daunting task of photographing, describing, aging, and cataloging every item — until I found Proof List.

This app did exactly what I needed with minimal manual work on my part. It allowed me to upload hundreds of photos at once, automatically identified and described items, estimated ages, and even linked to similar replacement items. From there, I only needed to make small adjustments and verify details.

What could have taken me months was completed in just a few weeks in a format my insurance company accepted and reimbursed. Proof List made an exhausting process dramatically easier, and even somewhat enjoyable, during an incredibly stressful time.
