Great stuff has helped my daily aches and pains disappear!

Love the subscription. Wish they did different size packages for the subscription length!

My husband has Motor Neurone Disease and his thermo-regulation system doesn't work so he can't control his temperature. We need to rehydrate him and this is the only product that he likes. It is great that I don't have to worry about it arriving. All in all, a win-win situation.

I typically hate electrolytes, I gave these guys a go on a whim after someone said they tried them. And oh my goodness me, these are incredible!! Tasty. Not too salty. Not too sweet. Refreshing. I will never look back! Thankyou Proof! Peach flavour is my favorite so far!

Can’t live without it! It changed my life and it’s the first thing I drink in the morning before my coffee. I work in such a fast paced environment so helps me focus so much.

I was looking for a long time to find great electrolytes that aren’t packed up with sugar or nasties something that goes with my values to be super clean and hydrating until I find proof and it’s been an amazing change as most of the time I am dehydrated or super exhausted and it’s help me to go through the day with ease

Proof is the best tasting electrolyte I’ve tried, it audio genuinely does make a difference to how I feel, also love using it as an intra-workout supplement. Great product, I don’t need any other electrolyte.

Great tasting product makes drinking water enjoyable.

Proof is now my favorite electrolyte mix. Not too sweet, not too salty, and has all-natural ingredients. Hard to bring myself to go back to anything that isn't Proof now.

I've been using Proof for 3 months now, and I could not recommend it enough! It not only helps me with energy and recovery on workout days, but also general focus and energy levels, brain fog, staying hydrated, and improved wellbeing, especially in the winter months or when travelling.

Could not speak more highly of this product. By far the best I’ve seen in the market. Usually try to steer clear of electrolyte supplements but Proof hydration actually does what it’s supposed to do! Highly recommend if you are into health/fitness.
