No Shipping of my Order
I placed my order on June 22, 2024 and it is August 10th, when the finally cancelled my order, after four excuses, and an apology coupon that didn't work, they cancelled my order. They didn't forget to charge my credit card though as that was charged on June 22nd. I have ordered from them in the past but this will be the last order as they have become unreliable and dismissive. Looks like I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DON'T ORDER FROM PROOZY!!! You have been warned.

Don't waste your time or money. I've read lots of bad things about this company. I placed an order on 7/31 and it still hasn't shipped. Customer service seems like a waste.

Avoid if you don't want to get scammed. Placed an order 4 weeks back and no updates so far. They charged my CC immediately which itself is an indicator of scam. Usually reputed companies will charge only after they ship.
Customer service is virtually non existent. I tried to reach them but no response. Now, I have filed a dispute with my CC company and hopefully I will get the money back.

Made a purchase on 6/26/24.After almost 30 days later, never received a confirmation that my item was shipped. Cancelled transaction and requested a refund. I did contact customer service at least 4 times and they did respond. Excuse was they changed fulfillment location. They should not claim 3-5 days shipping if they cannot honor that.

I initially thought I was getting a great deal on a new pair of sandals, but unfortunately, what arrived was far from my expectations. The item resembled a used return packaged in a damaged box, which was disappointing. Proozy appears to sell open box items as new, despite advertising otherwise. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have received no response other than automated requests for pictures of the issue. This lack of communication and service reflects poorly on the company. Take your business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a few pairs of shorts that weren't successfully delivered. Delivery company stated "delivered" but the package never arrived. A couple of emails, signed affidavit, and a replacement was sent free of charge.

I always get great deals from Proozy. I buy many polos and outerwear for my employees for a fraction of what my logo company would charge me. I send them myself to a local guy to add the embroidery, which comes out much cheaper. One thing though, I wish the shipping is a bit faster.

I purchased 2 pairs of shorts that were to be shipped in 3-5 days, 7 days later I emailed them with no reply. 2 more days later and I received an email that they have "Shipped" .... however, they have NOT shipped, they have been in "Label Created" status for 2 more days and I cannot get a reply from the company. Terrible service!!

I forgot to add a promo code to my order. I emailed the Customer Support and they had my account credited and everything fixed within 8 minutes! Impressive!!!!

Made an order and after two weeks contacted the company. Was told the shoes sold out. Looked up the shoes and the style and size were in stock but at a higher price.

Bought several shirts. Returned one because wrong size. Paid $10 and my refund was $1.72. This company is a rip off. They lost my business for good. Need to stand behind your products and stop ripping people off.

I ordered 3 xl shirts and took a post purchase deal to add 1 more for 9.99. I couldn't refuse! But the extra shirt arrived as a Small. I emailed them and they had another 1 in the works immediately and told me not to worry about return the wrong one. That made my experience much easier and pleasant. 2 thumbs up on customer service!!

I’ve placed several orders and the latest one I made a mistake on the address. Before it shipped I sent an email and they corrected it and sent a confirmation. I felt like it was handled personally and I felt relieved. Will continue to take advantage of the great deals and service.

I've ordered here for years and never had a issue until my last order. There was a description error on a shirt I ordered. I contacted the company to request a full refund. They worked quickly to get the refund done and even followed up with me afterwards.

First I made a brand name purchase for a great price and it came quickly!
Of course I thought I was smaller than I actually am. And of course I missed the return deadline.
An email fixed all that and they were super easy and nice to work with!

I have made several purchases from PROOZY and have been very happy with the prices, Quality and service. On my last purchase, there is a problem with the wrong size shirt being sent, but customer service rectified the problem quickly. I recommend PROOZY to all my friends.

I made a mistake on an order, ordering an item in the wrong size.
I sent a message to Proozy Support asking for help, and received a response IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!
The item size was adjusted and the order is all now on its way to me with correct sizing thanks to an incredibly fast and professional response.

Customer service was very understanding and addressed my issue quickly.

I have been buying from Proozy for a number of years. Products I receive are always shipped very quickly and are exactly as described. Customer Service is top-notch. I will continue using this company for a long time. Great deals with great promotions.
