Awesome company with realistic interest rates.
The platform is really easy to use on mobile and through computer. Making an investment is within a mouse click and there are realistic ROI and interest rates. Of course I don't know the company personally but it looks like a solid well though business. If I say customer service is great, it's an understatement. I had a problem with the app and the resolution was really quick. Also this follow up, you don't see that often. Keep up the good work! I really enjoy investing through your platform.

At Prop.com we indeed advertise with 8-12% ROI (past performances don’t guarantee future result), which stands for the total Return On Investment of a property.
The reference you are making towards the 5% is solely based on the yearly cash yield of the property and does NOT include any capital appreciation. Therefore, the 5% (which even carries a rental guarantee on this specific property), can NOT be seen as the total ROI of the property.
Every year, Prop.com runs an independent valuation on the unit, the total appreciation is then calculated and adjusted in your portfolio; only at that point, the total ROI will reflect in your back-end.
For this particular property, we are currently well on-track to cross the 10%+ mark in terms of overall ROI.
Unfortunately it looks like you had a significant level of misinformation on your end, and we sincerely hope the above “mini-lesson” has cleared up any misinformation present on your end.
