I have just remortgaged for the third time with Green Mortgages. Jack Power and Georgia Brown have always made the process so easy and I would never use anyone else.

Jack did our mortgage in 2020 and got in touch with us this year to remind us about the end of our fixed rate. He and Georgia took it from there - guiding us through options and rates, pushing us (we need pushing!) through document gathering and form completion, and now we are on a new mortgage in the blink of an eye. Due to a number of problems with our credit file we struggled to obtain a remortgage & to be honest were getting quite worried .
However we were quickly put at ease by Jack who managed to find a company who could help. Nothing was too much trouble for Georgia & Nina Who guided us through the process & despite the numerous problems we had to overcome our remortgage was successfully completed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Process of remortgaging was very easy with great communication in every step of the process, advisor Nicole was very friendly and really went above and beyond to get me the best deal, highly recommend and will use again in the future

We used Proper Advice to renew our mortgage and was impressed with how they handled everything. The broker fee was worth every penny, When it came to renewing again, there was no fee, so it was a no brainer to let them do all the work. We got a really good rate and was able to reduce our term. Both Harry and Amy kept in regular contact to let us know progress right through to completion. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Jack and Nina. Sorted my remortgage from start to completion in 15 days, getting me a better rate and shortening my overall term whilst still keeping my monthly payments at a manageable level.
Happy for next 5 years but will be back when my next remortgage is due.
