0xC004C060 office activation error
I bought "Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus (3 PC)" and installed it on 1 PC only, the license was activated without problems and the office worked fine for less than 2 months, then I had to reset my PC and change the Windows. When I reinstalled the office on the same PC, the license doesn't work anymore and gives me "0xC004C060 office activation error". I have been waiting for 2 days now after I sent an e-mail to the customer service without a solution.
An update on 26 August 2026:
Customer Service has contacted me and provided me with a new license key and a new installation link, the license key didn't work on the Microsoft Office that I had already installed earlier, I had to reinstall it then the new license worked and the product is activated.
