I made an order over 15 days ago and still did not receive the boots. I wrote two times to their support but not answer. They seems to be a fraudelent organization. I will see what legal measures can i take againsts them.
Appalling Customer Service!
I bought boots from this company (also trades as properkicks.eu and properkicks.co.uk) they didn't fit and quality was fairly poor.
returned the following day for a refund.
Originally shipped from China ... their return address is in Florida, US
Cost £25 postage to return the parcel. Once delivery was confirmed by UPS, Customer Services no longer responds to emails - no refund given.
