Rules not clear

This game doesn’t have enough information about the certain game rules. How do you finance the houses? Can you get a loan so you pay it monthly? How do I apply the boot camp/masterclass card? It doesn’t give any points or make any changes to you. It would be a great game but it’s so unclear you can play it for hours and nothing will change.

The game has good potential

The game has good potential. I give three stars because the rules are not 100% clear and some points are missing such as how much you have to pay monthly to own the house, the deposit to be paid is simply indicated. Then as regards the strategies as indicated on the cards it seems that the only valid option to start with is R2R and all the other strategies are only possible if you are 100% owner of the house. I think it is necessary to revisit the graphics for clarity. Then I would recommend inserting the written rules with examples and illustrations inside the box as for all board games. The fact remains that my children found it entertaining and educational like my wife and I. I'm hoping for an update.

Honestly the most boring and pointless…

Honestly the most boring and pointless "game" we played. Spent nearly an hour going around the board and nothing changed. Very long winded and poor setup. When you run out of cash (which you will) you have to use paper and IOU's. Yeh shocking!

Great fun and education!

Really good alternative to well known Monopoly. So much more exciting, and installing real business thinking. We play this every night with my 11 yr old. Very much recommended!

The game is a fantastic learning tool

The game is a fantastic learning tool. It is better than Monopoly in terms of education and it is more fun than Cashflow.

I have only given 4* because I ordered two before Christmas but only 1 arrived. If I receive my second one before February I will up it to 5*

Can cause argument!

I got this as a Christmas present, it is a really fun game that doesn’t take hours to play! Just be careful, as it can get really heated playing this game and almost caused an argument between me and my partner haha
