I initially appreciated the time and attention given by the team at Property of Cyprus. However, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. Despite being fully transparent about my situation, I was treated in a manner that made me feel like a criminal, and I was asked to provide bank and employment documentation that was no longer in my possession and simply does not exist.

The approach felt overly rigid, and there was no meaningful effort to assess alternatives or find solutions within a practical framework. While I understand the need to follow legal and KYC/AML requirements, the way these were applied was unprofessional and unnecessarily obstructive.

Ultimately, this experience left me frustrated and unwilling to continue working with the agency. I would caution others to be aware that the process may be inflexible and communication unsatisfactory.

Be aware! The director/owner of the company - scammer which uses people trust against them.

We had terrible experience when hired the company to manage our complex in Cyprus, Limassol.

They services was not good at all and when we try to get read of them the director "voted" to become complex committee head using POA given to him by people who were renting out their properties and never seen how were they managed. That was conflict of interest but because Cyprus does not have working procedure to deal with such things we could not get any help.

As an example of his management - one "pool renovation" cost us the amount of new pool to be build from scratch.

We sold our property because of the poor management and being not able to change a thing.
