A free snapshot is ready in about a minute. The full PDF report is €29 and arrives in 2–3 minutes. Bundles for active house-hunters: 3 reports for €59, 5 reports for €79. We are not a surveyor and we don't replace one — we do the desk research a buyer would otherwise spend a weekend on, before you spend money on a survey or a bid. Where an official dataset is only published at county or Garda-division level, the report says so rather than pretending to address-level precision.
