This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam. Consider myself an intelligent business man but they got me. Congratulations. 5000 flushed down the toilet. Stay away from these guys

I would give them zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. Paid a large sum of money for advertising. What I (eventually) received was nothing that was promised. Customer service is useless, they’ve even stopped responding to my requests even though they have violated their own contract. Stay away from these scammers and their greasy sales people.
Same story as everyone else. I run a HVAC company based out of Victoria, BC, and paid Property Point $5000+ for two years worth of advertising with a local real estate broker. After three months of zero leads I went and checked on my beautiful advertising. A blank screen. After a week of phone calls and emails I finally threatened legal action, to which they responded within half an hour. Told me that they were not in breach of their agreement and that they would give me extended time to make up for, the blank screen now. Run away from this company as fast as you can, it appears this is their way of doing business. At least the rest of us here can go to sleep knowing that we provide a service for the thousands of dollars we charge people. *UPDATE* three months later and still zero advertising. Please do not trust your hard earned money to these scammers.
I paid $4,680 a year ago for an ad on an electronic sign that was to be located in a local realtor's office. The sign was never put up. Now, when I call propertypoint.tv, all I get is an "I will check into it" response from the person I speak with at the company. I suspect the individuals on here that are giving a 5-star rating are probably employees of propertypoint.tv and not actual customers. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ON THIS COMPANY! You will never see it again.
I’m trying to get my money back. I paid in full $4750. TV screen does not work in Remax they keep saying they’re looking into it but they’re not. I’m going to have to instruct a lawyer to regain my money. I’m terribly upset and this is a warning of other people. Please do not part with your money. I can’t believe I’m a victim of a scam.
Worst deal I ever made. They came thru on nothing on there end after I paid about $5000 for the contract. they have not even put up the TV's in the offices promised and will not do anything about it.
This was a contract for Halifax Nova scotia area.
They don't answer the phone and all you get is we will look into when you do get someone to respond.
Feel free to contact me and I'm happy to show you the contract and all the communication from them.
don't ever use them is my opinion.
Rob
THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO USE
OUR COMPANY NAME TO SELL THEIR ADVERTISING WITH OUT OUT OUR PERMISSION.
WE DID NOT AGREE TO LET THEM USE OUR COMPANY NAME TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT.
WE ASKED FOR THEM TO STOP USING OUR NAMES AND THEY HAVE NOT! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY ANYMORE.
All good so far, communication has been excellent. Cant fault them.
I'm not sure I understand the negative reviews, never had an issue, service is always flawless.
We love our ad at our local Remax Brokerage. We've have a few emails through the TV too. Everything is going good so far!
One of the best advertising we have used!
We used Property Point to promote our business Lab Creative last year.
The whole experience we had was very good, from the artwork, the advert, the response.
We will definitely be renewing our ad.
Rip off artist, never provided service, it’s all sales pitch no action. Warning do not sign deal with this company.
Property Point TV in Canada is a SCAM !!!
Not even a registered company.
Want to sue them but they don't exist.
Their offices in MISSISSUGA, Ontario are virtual shared offices.
Not even a legal address to serve them.
This is just a money making system, with no real results. Sales rep told me they like to have no more than 2-3 mortgage reps per brokerage. When system was up (8 months later) there were 6 ppl/companies related to mortgage. To top it off, they added 2 different ppl from the same company at the same brokerage.
Our company Design Smart Security entered into an agreement with Property Point TV for 2 years of prepaid services. Services were never provided, and I have spent two years trying to have a five minute conversation with someone from the company. Beware of companies based in other countries and do not prepay in advance, that was my lesson. At this point my only interest is warning others.
